Hi guys,im 25 and i am going to get an rhinoplasty for nose breathing issues i have since puberty. I already got an septoplasty, wich didnt work. I would like to get my nose size reduced for aesthetics reasons, so i can get it both done in one surgery. What should i ask for to make my Long nose Shorter so my midface look Shorter and more balanced to my face. I noticed i have excess columella and a pronounced nasal tip with some asymmetry. When i smile These Features get more exagerated.Possible?
