I agree that your nose can be shortened a bit. If you are having breathing problems you Mar have enlarged turbinates which can be reduced at the same time as the rhinoplasty

You are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. You need the tip refined, the tip is also asymmetrical and you have a hanging columella. The length of the nose can also be shortened at the same time.

Thank you for your question. First, you are a beautiful lady. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. Functional improvements in your breathing can be performed at the same time. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. Hello. You are very right in your analysis. The dorsum of cartilage on the top of your nose is not very large, so you do not have an arched nose. However, the lower 1/3 cartilage structures are saggy and bulgy, so your nose looks big. You can get the image you want with the tipplasty process.

Rhinoplasty surgery is only going to address issues with your nose and will not address your midface.
Look for plastic surgeons who specialize either exclusively in rhinoplasty surgery or have this as one of their main procedures with at least one or two decades of experience.
During in person consultations ask providers to show you before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar facial characteristics.
As providers to open up your portfolio and show you as many examples as possible.
Providers who have a lack of before, and after pictures will have a lack of experience.
Haily experience plastic surgeons like those who specialize exclusively in rhinoplasty surgery should have access to hundreds or preferably thousands of before and after pictures to choose from.
continue having consultations until you feel very comfortable. You found the right provider.
At that point, you can start working on surgical formulation.
The first step is to find the right provider and if you miss with your decision-making in regards To provider selection, your chance of having a quality outcome will drop precipitously.
