Hello, I feel like the bridge of my nose is too high (or shallow in relation to how deep my eyes ) and I have a slight bump as well. My jawline is also not well defined. I'm curious what kind of procedures would be most beneficial to improve symmetry and give a youthful look. I am open to rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, skin tightening, and non-surgical options. Thank you for your input, I'm hoping just a few tweaks will get me a really great result.
Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question! A cosmetic rhinoplasty could be a good option for you to correct your nose asymmetry and the "bump" that you are concerned with. If you want to see the potential results without undergoing surgery off the bat, then you could also consider a liquid rhinoplasty with dermal fillers first, followed by the surgical rhinoplasty once you are confident in what you're looking for. As always, it would be best to seek out a plastic and reconstructive surgeon for an in-office consult to best assess what procedures and techniques would work best for your desired aesthetic goals. Hope this helps!

Answer: I Recommend Surgical Rhinoplasty | Facial Plastic Surgery Expert | Liquid Nosejob | Hump Bump Bridge | MTF Rib | Beverly Hills Hello and thank you for your question and the picture. I'd strongly urge you to consider surgical rhinoplasty (over non-surgical) for multiple reasons- very few patients are actually good candidates for non-surgical rhinoplasty, and non-surgical rhinoplasty carries the risk of BLINDNESS! That said, rhinoplasty truly a surgery of millimeters- and whether you're looking for a minor adjustment or a major transformation, it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. At the same time, since I also specialize in facial aesthetics procedures (like facelifts / neck lifts, blepharoplasty, etc), we could also discuss other options to fully rejuvenate your entire face and neck! I hope this helps! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: I believe rhinoplasty surgery might be the best option. Based on your photos, you appear to have somewhat of a wide and crooked nasal appearance with an over-projected profile appearance. That means that your bridge and tip stick out a bit too far, and there is a small bump and a bit of droopiness of your nasal tip. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower nasal appearance on front view, with nasal straightening, tip lift, and dorsal reduction for a less distracting and more feminine nasal appearance. You do not appear to have significant aging in your neck, in that regard, an examination would be necessary to determine what might be best, in my opinion. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
