The bridge of my nose and slight bump bother me. Would rhinoplasty or non-surgical options be beneficial? (Photo)

Hello, I feel like the bridge of my nose is too high (or shallow in relation to how deep my eyes ) and I have a slight bump as well. My jawline is also not well defined. I'm curious what kind of procedures would be most beneficial to improve symmetry and give a youthful look. I am open to rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, skin tightening, and non-surgical options. Thank you for your input, I'm hoping just a few tweaks will get me a really great result.
