I am of average weight but never have been able to get rid of my double chin. I lack any definition in my lower face and I want to be able to see my jaw. I’ve had jaw filler and tried fat dissolving injections in my chin but they’ve not given me the results I want. Whilst photos front on I am able to pose to minimise the appearance of the double chin, it’s impossible to hide this with side profile angles which make me very self conscious. Thank you
Answer: A non-invasive option would be doing treatments of morpheus8 to help slim the face and define facial features Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Chin Contouring with VASER, ThermiRF, Coolsculpting, Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy, Exilis, J plasma/Renuvion/Inmode BodyTite I find that VASER liposuction in combination with Renuvion or ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates, but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with Thermage/Ultherapy/Exilis, TruSculpt iD, or Coolsculpting. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Chin lipo An in person evaluation is always best, but it does appear you could consider chin liposuction. Other options are FaceTite, which uses RF technology to tighten skin up to 40%, and Morpheus8. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Chin lipo Dear gdp26, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Unfortunately, you can only get rid of it surgically. Hello. Thank you for your question. When I look at your frontal photo, I see that you have a double chin, and when I look from the side profile, I see that you have an extremely fatty under chin and small chin. Liposuction never removes all fat. My suggestion for you is submentoplasty. So what is submentoplasty? It is the process of removing all visible fat in the lowest layer with an incision made under your chin, reshaping your under chin, and clarifying your neck and jaw line. We remove the fat through the same incision and place a chin implant in your chin. Thus, you can have a very beautiful appearance both from the side and from the front. Please check our Instagram account and RealSelf photos. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all your questions about your case and send your photos to my assistants via the number in my profile. You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. Best regards.
