Am I suitable for chin lipo, are there any non-invasive procedures that would work instead? (photos)

Question

I am of average weight but never have been able to get rid of my double chin. I lack any definition in my lower face and I want to be able to see my jaw. I’ve had jaw filler and tried fat dissolving injections in my chin but they’ve not given me the results I want. Whilst photos front on I am able to pose to minimise the appearance of the double chin, it’s impossible to hide this with side profile angles which make me very self conscious. Thank you

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

​I find that VASER liposuction in combination with Renuvion or ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates, but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with Thermage/Ultherapy/Exilis, TruSculpt iD, or Coolsculpting. Liposuction never removes all fat. My suggestion for you is submentoplasty. So what is submentoplasty? The great majority of individuals could see Liposuction for a double chin have a small mandible or a mandible sufficient projection especially in the body of the mandible. This typically presents with a dental overbite occlusion. Profile pictures will show the upper lip having significant more forward projection than the lower lip. individuals with this facial bone structure will also have a premature double chin and develop premature jowls.
When the men in the ball lacks sufficient forward projection the underlying platysma muscle drapes the neck in a more oblique fashion.
Augmenting the chin does not alleviate the problem because it doesn’t change how the platysma muscle drapes the neck.
Since the problem is based on bone structure soft tissue solutions are not going to give you anything but a partial improvement.
