Am I able to get away with just chin liposuction to reduce fat under my face?
Answer: Chin Contouring with VASER, ThermiRF, Coolsculpting, Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy, Exilis, J plasma/Renuvion/Inmode BodyTite I find that VASER liposuction in combination with Renuvion or ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates, but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with Thermage/Ultherapy/Exilis, TruSculpt iD, or Coolsculpting. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Liposuction can be done as well as doing morpheus8 and ultherapy Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Chin lipo Dear Runysugarcane, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Can I get away with just Chin liposuction to reduce fat in my neck It's always best to lose the weight first and reevaluate your neck issues. From this photograph you presented, you have significant fat deposits in the neck located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. Most of your fat appears to be below the muscle. The fat deposits below the muscle are removed with a surgical neck lift procedure which includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline. Liposuction can only accomplish removal of fat above the muscle which would only give you minimal benefit.
