I have a double chin. I’ve had 2 Belkyra treatments and one SculpSure, but I haven’t achieved the look I’m going for. I want a chiseled jawline and tightness under the chin area. Should I look into chin lipo, air sculpt. Genioplasty, chin implant or something else? I want to improve my profile.
Answer: Recommend doing Morpheus8 to help with skin laxity Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Neck laxity Based on your pics, it looks like you would benefit most effectively from detailed liposculpture of your neck which will also help to find your jawline and reduce your jowls. This can be performed with or without FaceTite. The gold standard for neck laxity is a variant of a traditional face lift which can include a deep plane facelift. IMO, you do not need that at this stage.

Answer: Neck Sagging/Fat - VASERlipo, FaceTite/AccuTite, Morpheus8/Fractora, Neck Lift/Platysmaplasty; Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy "For a double chin, InMode FaceTite with VASERlipo would give you the best result. With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). At the same time, I would recommend lasers (Fraxel, CO2, Halo, or Erbium) and microneedling RF (Fractora, Morpheus8, PiXel8, Intensif) to improve the crepey skin and wrinkles. Overall, the neck can be treated with a combination approach: 1. Microneedling and laser treatments for texture 2. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or Jeuveau to help platysmal bands 3. Intensif, Fractora, PiXel8, or Morpheus8 microneedling RF for crepey skin and lifting 4. Injectable fillers like Belotero, Restylane Silk, Versa, and Juvederm Volbella to improve lines and folds 5. Face/neck lifting if sagging is prominent or premature, with or without platysmaplasty (muscle tightening) 6. Renuvion (J-Plasma), ThermiRF, and InMode FaceTite/AccuTite for internal tightening 7. Ultherapy and Thermage for external tightening 8. Regular Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, or InMode Forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness 9. PDO NovaThreads or Silhouette InstaLift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production See an expert for a formal evaluation and to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals. Answer: Chin Implant and direct fat removal under the chin Hello. Thank you for your question. When I look at your frontal photo, I see that you have a double chin, and when I look from the side profile, I see that you have an extremely fatty under chin and small chin. Liposuction never removes all fat. My suggestion for you is submentoplasty. So what is submentoplasty? It is the process of removing all visible fat in the lowest layer with an incision made under your chin, reshaping your under chin, and clarifying your neck and jaw line. We remove the fat through the same incision and place a chin implant in your chin. Thus, you can have a very beautiful appearance both from the side and from the front. Please check our Instagram account and RealSelf photos. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all your questions about your case and send your photos to my assistants via the number in my profile. You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. Best regards.

Answer: What is the best treatment for laxity under the chin The photographs demonstrate a recessive chin profile, and genetic fat deposits located below the platysma muscle in the neck. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward. Since your fat deposits are located below the platysma muscle, a surgical neck lift is going to be required to remove that fat compartment. Liposuction will only be minimally effective because most of your fat deposits are located below the muscle, and liposuction can only accomplish removal of fat deposits above the muscle. A chin implant and a neck lift procedure can before together under one anesthesia with one recovery period.
