it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to remove implants and hematoma in early postoperative period. The answer is yes. Your implant could be removed at the time of your hematoma evacuation. At the two week mark after surgery there is increased inflammation, however, if you need to return to the OR anyway to have a hematoma evacuated and you have definitely decided that you no longer want implants, then getting everything done in one operation is possible. Your plastic surgeon know your situation best. I would certainly discuss this further with them to see what the best course of action is for you.
