your implants can be removed by your surgeon or another surgeon. The ideal timing of your surgery should be discussed with your surgeon. In some cases it is possible to do implant removal and fat transfer at the same time. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your questions, I do not think you are ready to proceed with breast surgery. I would suggest go ahead and have all the children you want, and then see how you like your breast size and shape.

You can elect to have your implants removed by either the surgeon who placed them or another board certified plastic surgeon. The timing of the removal is up to you. Are you removing them because you feel they are too large for you? If so you may want to remove them prior to pregnancy as the breasts will be larger and perhaps more sensitive due to hormone changes.
