Ultherapy is a non-invasive procedure that lifts the neck, chin and brow, and improves lines and wrinkles on the upper chest. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The recovery is fast and it can be done under local anesthesia.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. Even though you maybe thin, it appears that you have fat deposits located above AND below the platysma muscle in your neck. Liposuction will be only minimally effective because it can only take off the fat above the muscle. A Surgical neck lift is required to remove the fat deposits underneath muscle in addition to liposuction to remove the fat above the muscle and a platysma plasty procedure to significantly improve the jawline. No skin removal is required..

Facial contour of the lower 1/3 of the face is primarily determined by skeletal bone structure or the relationship between the mandible and maxilla.

Ideal candidate for liposuction tend to be young patients with good skin elasticity and sufficient amounts of fat to have a good impact.

At age 50 patients typically stop being good candidates for neck improvements with Liposuction and typically do better with a neck lift. Patients in their 20s typically have excellent skin elasticity and do well with Liposuction.
The more fat someone has to remove the more of a result you can expect.

Overall that puts you kind of somewhere in the middle.
