Could chin lipo 1.5 years ago have caused cheek numbness?

I had chin lipo 1.5 years ago and since I have been treating a hypotrpoic scar from the Incision site on my jawline on the right side. I’ve mostly been using steroid injections. But recently my dermatologist injected saline. About 7 weeks ago. And since the. My cheek has been feeling not sore, but there’s a dull numbness and sometimes in trickles up to my eye. It also feels like it’s a bit swollen. But doesn’t look like it. Could this be from any of those treatments?
