Hi, I got chin lipo in summer of 2020. I've been pretty happy with it but my results are not symmetrical. One side is tight and the other has a slight protrusion/swelling. It is helped by lymphatic massage, but I'd rather correct this permanently without getting lipo all over again. What do you think is the cause of this, and how can it be fixed?
