Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
It's difficult to say without the benefit of a formal evaluation. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Great question! Chin liposuction is a great way to target stubborn fat, especially under the chin or submental region. As with any surgery, finding the right candidate for the procedure and a skilled surgeon to perform the surgery is imperative. Schedule a consultation to find out if chin liposuction is right for you! Best, Dr. RG.
Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You are a good candidate for liposuction and facetite for radio frequency skin tightening to provide some fat removal and skin tightening. Best to have a consultation and discuss options op course.
You need necktite. Necktite is a combination of liposuction with energy that will contract the tissue there. For someone like you where there is minimal fullness, this is going to be a good way to get maximum contraction without loose skin. It's an office procedure and you drive yourself off after an hour.
Dear Warmhearted873217,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from chin liposuction. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
It doesn't appear from your photos that there is much fat to remove, although an in person evaluation is always preferred. You may benefit from FaceTite which uses RF technology to tighten skin up to 40%. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
If you don’t have fat to remove then there’s no point in having a fat removal procedure.Based on your pictures you do not need surgical intervention.Consider spending less time looking in the mirror and more time looking at what to pursue.I don’t think Liposuction is going to do much for you.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
It is unlikely that the numbness that has recently occurred is related to liposuction from a year and a half ago. It is more likely related to your more recent procedures. I encourage you to visit with your dermatologist who performed the most recent treatment for an evaluation.
