Can a Partially Deflated Implant Cause Pain?

Jascb
In '09 I had dual plain saline implants. In '12 my right breast had a partial deflation. I could always feel the implant "move" when I would move a certain way. Due to economic issues I have not yet had it fixed. About 2 mo ago my right breast began to all the time. There's no redness around the nipple, no lumps in my breast & no distortion as far as I can tell. I have an appointment with my plastic surgeon for next week.Do you think I should be very concerned? Joyce
