Dr. Mele performed lower eyelid surgery under local anesthesia. I think I actually fell asleep during the procedure:) . Dr Mele is an excellent surgeon with 24 yrs experience and very grounded and friendly. I am absolutely thrilled with his work and highly recommend him. I had decided to have lipo after gaining considerable weight during covid.
