Why Haven't my Breast Grown?

Question

I'm 27, soon I'll be 28, but I look like 12, my breast never grew, I kept on waiting, but nothing. Do I have still hope? or my only option is surgery? are there other options? I'm scared of surgery, but I don't feel comfortable with my body either. I'd like to hear your advices. Thanks in advance

It's important to know that there are many women who have similar concerns about their breasts.  Later in your 20s I think that it's unlikely that your breasts will grow significantly at this point. Breast augmentation surgery can be an incredible procedure to balance your body and restore confidence. When considering breast augmentation make sure you find a board certified plastic surgeon who will take the time to answer all of your questions and explain all of your options, so that you can decide if breast augmentation is right for you.

Breasts come in all different shapes and sizes. Some women develop very limited breast tissue. Thank you for your question.  Generally speaking, if your breasts have not grown by the age of 18-21 you should not expect them to become much larger without a surgical intervention.  Genetics play a large role in breast development and size, and while pregnancy may cause your breasts to enlarge during that period of time, the results are typically temporary.  The best, permanent and safest method for the purpose of achieving a larger bust is a breast augmentation procedure.  When performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon with careful consideration of desired result and a patient's pre-operative anatomy, the results are often natural and life-changing.  Best of luck!

By the end of puberty, what you have is for the most part all you get. Some women will see an increase in volume that remains after pregnancy and childbirth, but this is the exception. Breast enhancement can involve an implant, fat transfer or a combination of both. Seek out a board certified PS who specializes in Breast Surgery. Your current breast size is what nature has given you. You can increase your current size by an implant or by fat transfer. An implant will take you up to a B, C, or D depending in your choice. Fat transfer will likely increase you to a B cup.

Breast size is dependant on genetics. So if your breast never grew, it is unlikely that this will change in the future. It is down to you to decide whether you want something done about it. Breast Augmentation is the commonest way to enhance the size of the breast.
