I had been considering a breast lift for some time before meeting with Dr Setty. I was really happy and comfortable with the time he took to examine me but also that he listened to me and what I wanted to achieve. I wasn’t looking to go ‘bigger’ but wanted to feel confident in myself. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. There was no ‘hard sell’ or pressure to book treatments at all which I had experienced a little bit at another facility.

After some careful thought I booked my surgery, (lift and augmentation to restore me to previous ‘size’). Erin was amazing and so supportive during the pre-op process and, on the day of the surgery, Cindy and Gloria looked after me amazingly well. I was obviously quite nervous but everyone took great care to make me as comfortable as possible.

Due to a unique health issue I have, I did unfortunately experience a complication some two weeks after the initial surgery. However, Dr Setty addressed this immediately and the exemplary ‘aftercare’ continued, and still does!

I have no hesitation at all in recommending this facility and Dr Setty and his team if you’re considering a body procedure.

Life changing........I don't leave reviews very often. However, my experience with Dr. Setty and his team has been so phenomenal I am thrilled to share my results. In 2023 (before pic) I decided I had to change my life and started working with a personal trainer. After losing 65 lbs, I had excess skin I wasn't happy with in addition to stretched abdominals from 2 pregnancies. I decided to get a breast lift and tummy tuck and Dr. Setty and his staff were so supportive. Dr. Setty is so easy to talk to and I felt at ease throughout the process. He is also a perfectionist and delivered EXACTLY what we discussed. Seriously - I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! The rest of his staff is also wonderful.....Erin in particular was AMAZING and SO supportive throughout the pre-surgical and post-surgical process.

I highly recommend Dr. Setty for any procedure you are considering. I loved that he is right here in McKinney where I live so the travel was easy and convenient. It's true what people say - you will wish you had done this much sooner! It really has boosted my confidence and changed the negative self-talk about the parts of my body I wanted to change. You really can change them!

Dr Setty and his staff are both professional and personable. They explained the procedure I wanted, answered all of my questions and gave me answers to questions I had never thought of. I went in with a bunch of anxiety, but with Dr. Setty and the Collaboration of his staff, I left without anxiety and I knew I was in the right hands. Post op appointments are great because you’re not waiting long and appointments pretty much run on time. Dr Setty invests his time with his patients as much in the beginning as he does after the procedure. This was the most recommended office to me from friends and now I know why. You’re not a number here; you’re family.

I am incredibly grateful and ecstatic about the outcome of my surgery, and I owe it all to Dr. Setty and his outstanding team. From the initial consultation to the follow-up appointments, I felt thoroughly cared for and confident in his expertise. Dr. Setty explained every step of the process with patience and clarity, ensuring that I was well-informed and at ease.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and the recovery has been remarkable. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I am now able to enjoy a much-improved quality of life. The compassion, professionalism, and skill demonstrated by Dr. Setty and his staff made this entire experience positive and reassuring.

I began my journey in the Summer of 2024 and finally had my procedure December of 2024. I’m 47 years old and wanted to live my “Middle Ages” on my terms and finally get the body I have always dreamt of. 3 9lb babies that needed cesareans for delivery; 3 years of breastfeeding, and 80 lb weight loss that I’ve kept off for 5 years did a HUGE number on my body and self esteem. I don’t care about “snatched” (but I got it!) or giant boobs- I wanted natural and perky! Dr Setty listened. He didn’t judge. He didn’t try to persuade for more than I wanted. He was very caring and gentile with this terrified patient (yep; also a wimp so the pain had me all worked up). As a wife and mother; these things matter!
Throughout every step and every nagging question; he answered with a smile… or his staff eagerly responded with kindness and grace. Not one did I feel unheard or silly.
In the end, I have amazing boobs- perky and proportionate (cannot wait to wear something strapless this summer!) and a flat tummy without the fupa (ladies… you know!!). My incisions have healed wonderfully and no weird crooked scars. Dr Setty is a protectionist and it shows in his work!
Ladies… if you want perfection and empathy and not someone looking for a $, this is your surgeon!

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Setty for two surgeries: first, to remove my implants and then a year later for a breast lift to address excess skin. From the very beginning, Dr. Setty impressed me with his exceptional bedside manner. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided detailed explanations that left me feeling completely at ease.

Dr. Setty's attention to detail is truly remarkable. He is thorough in addressing every question and concern, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His post-surgery follow-ups were equally impressive, as he consistently checked in on my recovery.

Both of my surgeries were a breeze, with minimal swelling and bruising, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. My scars look amazing, thanks to Dr. Setty's expertise and careful techniques. 10 out of 10 recommend! This team is professional, prompt and knowledgeable. My first surgery ever, and I’d do it again. The staff was super friendly. They updated my husband during surgery via phone to make sure he was included. The surgery area was clean and overall a great experience!

I've been going to Dr. Setty's office for botox treatments for a few months now which was already a 10/10 experience thanks to Irais! But I ended up at their Summer Social to try and catch some med spa deals which then surprisingly led to a breast aug consultation!

Pre-Op Experience: As an avid overthinker, I was spending HOURS a day researching every single thing about BAs after speaking with Dr Setty. He as well as everyone at the office was happy to answer the numerous questions I had leading up to the surgery. Dr. Setty gives very direct and honest answers to all questions and makes sure his patients are completely comfortable. His knowledge and expertise is very obvious and it helped me (a total control freak) let go and trust that he will get me the results I wanted.

On the day of surgery, the experience from start to finish was so stress-free. Cindy was my pre-op nurse and she was so friendly and a very positive influence before going into surgery. We joked around and laughed which took off a lot of stress and worry. Going into surgery was just an absolute breeze. The procedure was very quick, and Cindy even texted live updates to my friends who were supposed to pick me up afterwards.

Post-op Experience: My pain lasted about 2.5 days which is as long as I took my paid meds. After that I slowly worked on my range of motion and getting in and out of bed to walk around to get a quick and healthy recovery. Since I'm in BustMob fb group I was able to see what other girls' post op experiences were and mine honestly seemed to be the BEST of all. I had almost no pain, my scars are healing BEAUTIFULLY, and my implants are dropping and fluffing exactly as they should. I'm so happy to have trusted Dr Setty with making the right decision on size and placement just from giving him my goal pics.

I'm at 6 weeks post op and just cleared for all exercise including upper body. This has been one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I would not recommend going to anyone else :) Dr. Setty himself is an amazing doctor and he's chosen an amazing team around him. I get my botox, laser and now surgery needs all in one office and I love every single person I've interacted with!

Dr Setty and his staff are excellent. Everyone took time to answer all of my questions. Anytime I called or sent an email, I received very quick responses. Dr Setty was thorough in explaining the procedure. I feel like I had a very good understanding of what to expect. He also explained possible complications. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will recommend friends travel to see him.
