I’m currently 21 and I’ve always had deep under-eye areas which i don’t really mind but I notice that from a certain point of view my under-eye areas are actually puffy and look “detached” in a way from my cheekbones. Is there a way a can improve this issue (messages or even surgery) ? Thank you.

This is not something that is traditionally desired in Western cultures, but, it is not hard to create. Filler injections should be able to do that for you if placed by an expert. Or, fat grafting or even fat repositioning may be able to get those results.
