How to make the upper eyelids less exposed and elongate the eye? (Photos)

Question

My upper eyelids are very exposed and curve down making my eyes look droopy . Is there any procedure or fillers that could improve this make the upper eyelids less exposed and elongate the eye as my eyes are short in length like the model pic I provided . Also can my medial canthus be shaped In any way as it appears to be very open instead of narrow .

Based on these photos, you seem to have eyelid ptosis (droopy eyelid) on one, possibly both eyes. Only on the basis of in person evaluation one could make proper diagnosis and propose method of treatment. Consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. I agree that from the photos, it looks like you have left eyelid ptosis or droop causing an eye that is not as widely open and a high fold in the lid. This can be treated surgically by a couple of different methods with improvement but a perfectly symmetrical result is difficult. You should have an assessment by a surgeon that has some experience , either a plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon. Best of luck.
