I'm 5 mos post op and not only do I have extreme redness and broken capillaries, but the PS cut my right incision much higher than my eye crease, so the scar is visible and has a permanent blueish hue along the incision scar. My right eyelid also droops now and an ophthalmologist confirmed Ptosis. My PS claims he hasn't ever had an issue w broken capillaries and says my eyes weren't symmetrical prior. To that I say, true, but they both opened an I didn't have red eyelids and scars. Advice?

From your photo it appears you would benefit from a lower blepharoplasty to address the lower eyelid area and an upper blepharoplasty to address the upper lid. This will remove excess skin and give a rejuvenated look to this area. You also have festoons. These are more difficult to treat. ...
