Deep tear troughs - am I a good candidate for Lower Blepharoplasty? (photos)

I'm 24 years old, Pinay, 5'3", 79 kg and with normal skin. I had these deep tear troughs ever since I was a teenager staying up late at night and regretted it ever since.

You appear to have a trace amount of eyelid ptosis. This can cause the eyes to look asymmetric. This can often be improved by tightening the muscle to raise the lid. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.

Typically swelling lasts 1-2 weeks. Sutures come out around 10 days or so. Usually after 3-4 weeks you are back to normal activities. Hope that helps.

I think that you should seek out the treatment that addresses your concerns. The timing is not really essential. Most procedures can be performed in any order. As far as jaw surgery, an underbite doesn't necessarily require treatment if your functional ability to chew is unaffected. If you want...
