I'm 24 years old, Pinay, 5'3", 79 kg and with normal skin. I had these deep tear troughs ever since I was a teenager staying up late at night and regretted it ever since.

From your photo it appears you would benefit from a lower blepharoplasty to address the lower eyelid area and an upper blepharoplasty to address the upper lid. This will remove excess skin and give a rejuvenated look to this area. You also have festoons. These are more difficult to treat. ...
