Deep tear troughs - am I a good candidate for Lower Blepharoplasty? (photos)

I'm 24 years old, Pinay, 5'3", 79 kg and with normal skin. I had these deep tear troughs ever since I was a teenager staying up late at night and regretted it ever since.
