I'm 24 years old, Pinay, 5'3", 79 kg and with normal skin. I had these deep tear troughs ever since I was a teenager staying up late at night and regretted it ever since.

There is no safe or logical way to get your eyes wider apart. You should consult with a creative makeup artist who can give you pointers on how to use makeup especially on the outside of the eyes that will create an image have having wider eyes.
