Hello! I would like to fix my dark circles and I'm considering a lower blepharoplasty. I've tried PRF and it did not help and I will not get fillers. I believe my dark circles are caused by being able to see the purple/blue tones under the skin, not because of genetic pigmentation? I've heard a lower blepharoplasty is only for under eye bags, whereas others say it can address dark circles. I've also attached photos so you can see my case. Thanks for your help!!
