I have quite low set ears that looks like they "lie down" and I read a study that said that in terms of attractiveness the ideal rotation is about 5° (e picture). Mine is currently around 20-25° (like a/b picture). Can this be combined with making them less pointy? That you pinn the ears back but also upwards? (my ears are a little bit pointy a well)

Yes, this can be done, but from the photos we can see your ears do look fine. Moving the ears out would require a cartilage graft to be placed behind the ears such that the ears are lateralized to your liking.
