Hello I want to round the ear, as you can see in the photo, it ends in a point due to a malformation, should it be reduced to obtain this result ? To harvest cartilage for reconstruction ? Another technique ? Thank you for your opinions

This can be corrected by a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in cosmetic ear surgery. Your ears may be setback more and the prominence of your lobes can be reduced so everything sits closer to sides of your head.
