These scars are normal after a traditional otoplasty. If you had been operated on using the modern, minimally invasive dr Merck stitch method, there would have been no scars.

Thanks for your question and photos.During the healing process there is a wide range of wound area . Some times more sometimes less, there is always a redness, numbness and swelling. But if you afraid of keloids some anti scars creams and steroid injections will helps you. Close follow-up is sometimes necessary.Wish you best
