My ears are "too" pinned back for my liking, is there any way I can get a procedure done where my ears stick out more? When I pull my ear out more, it makes my face look more balanced.

Exparel will give you three days of pain relief. It costs about $300. Up to you whether you think that's worth it. Pain from otoplasty not terrible but your ears will be sore
You have what is known as a Darwinian tubercle and they are quite common. Easy enough to remove. Not so easy to do it and get a perfect unnoticeable result. I've turned many down that I've seen and recommend leaving it alone.
