My ears are too pinned back - how to fix? (photos)

My ears are "too" pinned back for my liking, is there any way I can get a procedure done where my ears stick out more? When I pull my ear out more, it makes my face look more balanced.

Yes, this can be done, but from the photos we can see your ears do look fine.  Moving the ears out would require a cartilage graft to be placed behind the ears such that the ears are lateralized to your liking.

This is only possible if you have been operated on using the minimally invasive Dr Merck stitch method. If it was the traditional method, the ears are fixed by scars.
