Hello, and thank you in advance for any feeedback. My tragus (I believe it's called) sticks out prominently. Also, my bottom lobe seems like it hangs/is free floating. Are there corrective procedures for these?

Yes, this can be done, but from the photos we can see your ears do look fine. Moving the ears out would require a cartilage graft to be placed behind the ears such that the ears are lateralized to your liking.
Exparel will give you three days of pain relief. It costs about $300. Up to you whether you think that's worth it. Pain from otoplasty not terrible but your ears will be sore
You have what is known as a Darwinian tubercle and they are quite common. Easy enough to remove. Not so easy to do it and get a perfect unnoticeable result. I've turned many down that I've seen and recommend leaving it alone.
