I had my ears pinned back 6 months ago and I'm not totally satisfied with the results. I really liked my right ear results, but the left ear looks weird to me. I'm not sure if I'm being reasonable about it. But, if my concern makes sense, a description of what is wrong would be really helpful. Thank you in advance.
I had surgery on September 1, 2023, but since then my ear is still sore, red, cartilage is sticking out and it's still peeling. By the way, I really don't like the result, my right ear looks like it's swollen in, I have cartilage sticking out of my left ear, my earlobe is sticking out, my two ears are not even the same, they are asymmetrical. I am very disappointed, as I was very bothered by my protruding ears, but if I had known that they would look like this after my surgery I would have refused a thousand percent, as I did not have protruding ears but ugly ears. My question is, could this be improved or is it reversible and a new operation would not help this condition and now I will have ears like this? Thank you very much in advance for your answers! (I have attached the pictures, even of my ear before the operation)
Hey everyone, I had otoplasty a few months ago, but Im still unsure about the results. My right ear is about 5mm more protruded than the left (2.5cm vs. 2cm). Id love to hear honest feedback, does it look noticeable to you? Do you think its worth another revision?
Hello, I had my ears pinned back in early January this year. So far I am very happy with my results but I have a little mass of something which might either be skin or cartilage within each of my ears. Not that this is real discomfort but I was wondering if this would ultimately go away over time so I could wear by headphones again.
Did otoplasty 1,5 years ago and have almost regret it because my ears got a bit uneven. Is it ever possible to fix them to look some better. They are not the same shape but do you think it still is possible? It is the right ear I dont like
Every time I search for ear enlargement otoplasty I oddly enough only get results about ear pinning, it seems strange to me that it is not a familiar practice in this day and age, I want reverse otoplasty and to actually make my ears slightly larger, mine are too narrow and overly pinned, making them look unusual to me. Please let me know if there is a place where it is common to get ear enlargement and how it is done? Im aware of earlobe rejuvenation with fillers which could help.
