Thank you for your question. There is no blood test for silicone that we use in the situation of a ruptured silicone implant. The silicone does not get absorbed into the blood stream. In the vast majority of cases, the silicone get is contained within the scar tissue surrounding the implant (implant capsule). Treatment is removal of the implant and surrounding scar tissue.
