4 weeks post op, I have weird feeling when massaging breasts. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hi there, I was told to massage my breasts in wards and downwards for 5 minutes each day ! I am 4 weeks post op, recently when I have been doing the massaging in wards and I can feel a squishy/clicking sound! Is this normal ? Only in the right breast !

Thanks for your inquiry and pictures.  Without a formal exam it is hard to advise, but if your trying to look like the picture I think you will need more volume.  Please show the picture to your surgeon. Good Luck.
