I chose dr. Altman because of the consistency in his aesthetic outcome for breasts. I had numerous issues with my old implants and was nervous to undergo an extensive surgery to fix them. I got a lift with implant revision, galaflex and changed planes. From my phone consult to meeting him in person, he totally put my mind at ease. Dr. Altman is very warm, kind and quietly confident. I knew within 10 seconds of speaking with him he was going to fix me up and I had nothing to be worried about. My results look better than I even imagined they would! I gave him total free rein over choosing size and didn’t bother with wish pics because his patients are my wish pics. He absolutely nailed it. I want to sing his praises from th rooftops!

HE is the best breast surgeon in Miami!!!! Don’t look anymore, it’s him! Beyond happy with my results. The entire process was seamless! Everyone is amazing in the office and the day of surgery, even better! I was not nervous at all, just excited! Everyone from the front desk, to the anesthesiologist, the pre and post OP nurses, and techs day of surgery were absolutely amazing! After having two surgeries with Dr. Altman, I feel very confident saying he is an exceptional surgeon and someone I would choose again without hesitation. After combing the country, Cali, TX, NV, and eight surgeons in FL, Dr. Altman was my first choice and became my surgeon. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. I had double capsular contractures and internal ruptures, one especially hard, both were over the muscle. Dr. Altman had to take out the rocks, repair the pocket, redo the augmentation under the muscle, and then give me a lift (full anchor mastopexy). This was no easy task and I ask wayyy too many questions, about things that do not matter, but there are too few doctors with a skill set beyond the lip service. Dr. Altman is such a skilled surgeon; I cannot emphasize enough how talented his work is. I came to him with a mess and while it was obvious I needed a lift, I did not want it. I was scared of how involved the surgery needed to be and what kind of recovery or outcome that I would have. Dr. Altman was definitely the right choice, I am excited to see how they improve and thrilled with how nice they are now. Cannot thank this man enough - he is an amazing talent.

My experience with Dr. Altman has been great. After years of extensive research, I knew I would be in good hands. From start to finish, I was in good hands.Dr. Altman and his team were very informative and helpful. I am now 2 days post-op. Still very swollen but I'm so excited to see the full results.

The experience with Dr. Altman itself was good but my end result of my procedure is bad. I have an indent underneath my nipples which have left my breasts looking funky. It’s almost as if it was tightened too much from the inside along the incision. I had a breast lift and implant exchange. They don’t even look nice at all. Also, I had my nipple pierced and the hole is now crooked and can no longer use the piercing. Dr. Altman and his team are super nice, just my outcome of procedure came out horrendous. Super bummed. I would give a 5 towards the team of how I was treated but 1 star for my actual end result of my procedure.
