My PS suggested 305cc mod & 370cc high. I have been researching & learnt that it is only 1cm diff. in projection between the 2. Im looking for a natural look w/ a little projection. Unfortunately they don't offer the Mod PLUS here. I am also contemplating on 350cc mod but think it looks a little too wide dropped on the side. I'm worried that it will look more saggy when I have babies &start to breastfeed. I can't decide. Need help☺️
Answer: 305 cc moderate profile or 370 high profile? Thank you for the question but online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific enough advice to be truly helpful. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, and computer imaging) will be critical. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural, proportionate look” or "C or D cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers. I hope this (and the attached link, dedicated to breast augmentation surgery for petite patients) helps. Best wishes.

Answer: 350cc moderate or 370cc high profile I think petite women look better with a high profile implant. The higher profile implant has a narrower base width and tends to fit the natural breast dimensions better.

Answer: Breast implant profile Questions about implant profile routinely come up during consultation. As implant profile increases from mod to mod plus to high to ultra high in round implants of the same size ( volume) the width of the implant decreases. I recommend and help patients in choosing implant volume ( size) and then base what profile on the measured base width the patients breast. You want an implant that will fit precisely within the width of your breast to give the best possible result. For example if a patient chooses a 350cc implant with a base width of her breast of 11.4cm. We would look at the available implants profiles for 350cc and the profile whose base width is closest without going over to her breast base width is the profile I would use. Differences in projection of the implants in the same size (CC) but different profiles are usually less than 3-5mm. I would focus more on the volume and an implant that fits your breast width. Make sure your surgery is performed by a board certified Plastic surgeon. Best of luck.

Answer: High profile A high profile 350-370cc implant will look great on your thin frame. In a sub muscular or dual plane pocket the lift and projection will look great. The muscle coverage above will keep the look soft. Breast will change some after breast feeding. Most mothers still look great.
