Your outcome looks excellent.  At
this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be worried about the
outcome. It takes time for the implants to settle into position and the
skin and muscle to stretch out to accommodate the new implant. It may be
6 months or more before the shape has reached its final look. Be patient.

There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. It can take up to 3-6 months for the swelling to completely resolve after breast augmentation.  By that time you will probably come done a little bit in size.  Keep in mind it is very difficult for a plastic surgeon to guarantee a cup size since bra sizes vary significantly by brand and style.    Concentrate on whether you are happy with the way the breasts look in regards to their size and shape and less on the actual size of the bra.  You appear to have a great result and over time I believe you will be very happy with your choice.

You are swollen. Your swelling will subside over the next few months. By the full heat of summer it will be better. It can take a year for the skin to stretch and for the pocket to relax. See your plastic surgeon for his input. Good luck...

It appears that you still have some surgical related swelling, the implants have not completely dropped , and the skin is still very tight. When all this relaxes over then next few months you will be slightly smaller but not sure about a C cup or not.Take a look at this patient over the course of 9 months to see how much change you can see as the breast settle. Cup Size is arbitrary--- it depends on where you buy your bra. What's more important is how you look. In any event it takes many weeks and months for settling to occur and you should concentrate on what looks good for you.
