Slight rippling on underside of my breast. Will it lessen as I drop and fluff?

I let my patients know beforehand that it is likely they will be able to feel their breast implant at its base. Although this is not universal, it should be considered as part of having implants. It should not distract you from the other benefits of augmentation

It is not uncommon for the feeling and appearance of the breasts to change for months after breast augmentation.   However, it is not possible to give proper advice about your situation based on the description alone.  If your surgeon is not concerned, you are otherwise feeling well and have proper followup, it sounds like you are on the right track.

Thanks for the question, without a picture its really hard to tell what is going on, that being said breasts do undergo quite a few changes during the first few months after augmentation

It's impossible to predict how the contour of the implant will present itself after swelling is subsided. For now it's only possible to be patient and see a things turn out.

It sounds as though the implants will settle and stretch out the area that you are concerned about. At three weeks you are too early to be worried about the outcome.

Most implants are palpable along the lower pole especially in thin patients. If you feel it now, you will likely still feel it when it drops.
