Hi,whats the best noninvasive to get to get rid of my stubborn love handles and maybe stubborn thigh and belly fat. Mostly I want my love handles have vacation in 2 months 5’4 I weigh 135 I workout 3 times a week eat healthy but can’t get rid of my lower back fat!

Answer: Love handles Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the love handle region is very difficult to treat noninvasively. The contour of the area is concave making any superficial noninvasive treatment difficult to reach the deep fat. I would recommend either smart lipo or traditional lipo to obtain the best contour in this area. I recommend a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area who is also a member of the American Society of aesthetic plastic surgeons. Best of luck.
