Hi,whats the best noninvasive to get to get rid of my stubborn love handles and maybe stubborn thigh and belly fat. Mostly I want my love handles have vacation in 2 months 5’4 I weigh 135 I workout 3 times a week eat healthy but can’t get rid of my lower back fat!

Hello and thank you for your question.  I don't recommend non-invasive treatments for you.  Based on your photographs, you are a
better candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks,
and lower back.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a
smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Based on that picture I believe you're a good candidate for a liposuction. I would suggest to do it on your abdomen, waist, flanks and back as well. You have choices, but definitely you must be evaluated first to coordinate which procedures will fit your needs. Try to find a certified plastic surgeon that you feel comfortable with. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the love handle region is very difficult to treat noninvasively. The contour of the area is concave making any superficial noninvasive treatment difficult to reach the deep fat. I would recommend either smart lipo or traditional lipo to obtain the best contour in this area.  I recommend a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area who is also a member of the American Society of aesthetic plastic surgeons. Thank you for your question. For stubborn fat that exercise and diet alone can't seem to get rid of, Cool Sculpting could be a non-invasive option. With this treatment, results can be seen in around 3 months. However, Cool Sculpting has its limitations and there are cases where liposuction would better achieve your goals. I suggest scheduling a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss which procedure or treatment would be best for you.

in my practice, I use cool sculpting as a noninvasive fat reduction procedure.  We see excellent results with this procedure however the final results do not show for three months and most patients need more than one treatment.  Unfortunately your vacation this two months away therefore obtaining a desired result may not be possible before then.
