Is it normal to have pain 8 months after liposuction?

I had a minimal amount of abdominal liposuction with my breast lift 8 months ago. My lipo post op pain was unbearable for the first week but slowly got better. That said, 8 months later, I still have tender areas. Is this normal? Most of what I read is that others had significantly less pain that did not last nearly as long.

You need more liposuction or non invasive treatments there is more fat there. maybe have swelling that can be reduced with body treatments such a vanquish and coolsculpting, massaging and compression can also help.  Best, Dr. Emer.
