5ft8 163lb from 36b to 400cc silicone under muscle 3.5 weeks post op BA. My breasts have dropped but my nipples still point down. My pre-ba breasts used to point down and they have not started to travel up like my PS promised. Am I stuck like this? Did I need to also get a nipple re assignment job or a breast lift? Again, are my nipples ever going to point up? Am I healing alright?

Answer: Implant settling It is most likely that over the course of the next few weeks or maybe even months that your implants will settle into a little lower position & the upper pole swelling will lessen. Thus your nipples are not likely to remain pointing down.If your appearance is the same in 3 months as it is now then discuss revision with your surgeon, but not until at least then. All the best

Answer: Implants too high? Ki,Thanks for the question and photos. At 3.5 weeks, you are still in the early healing phase, but I do like my breast implants lower by this time. It is not too late to help them along. Three time a day massages with both keep them soft and can aid in their further descent downward. Using a 3 inch ace bandage most of the day and or during the night above the implants to push them downward works very well too.Clear all of this with your Plastic Surgeon first.Good luck with your continued healing.Dr T
