My blood work has return. I also have thalssemia trait as well as being anemic.. waiting to talk with my surgeon tomorrow but want to get an idea from other out there.

A great question, but believe it or not, implant pricing is not based on size. Difference in pricing is in the material of the implant (saline vs. silicone) and not size.
It is not unusual to look somewhat smaller in the first week or two after surgery. Generally, it will take 2 to 3 months for your tissues to relax and accommodate to the implants. This allows more projection and a more natural upper breast shape.
