It's difficult to say from your pictures. I recommend following up with your surgeon about your concerns. You need to have patience with your body as it begins to heal. The skin, bone and cartilage are all traumatized during surgery. Inflammation (swelling) is the normal response and will help your nose to heal and look beautiful in the end. It can take up a year for your final results. I hope this helps.

There is no question that there is a modest amount of pre-tip edema (swelling). I personally would wait 10-12 months before assuming this will not resolve over time. However, a common underlying cause of the rounded appearance of the poly-beak is typically because the tip of the nose lacks adequate projection after it has been reduced in size during a primary tiplasty. This would have to be evaluated at about 12 months post-op. Injection steroids under these circumstances will unlike improve the "poly-beak" shape as it would be created when a tip has poor underlying projection. 

 There is swelling in the supra tip area of the nose,  so it is important follow with your surgeon for taping and steroid shots. This is more common with thick, oily skin. You may require a series of cortisone shots for the first six months after the procedure.

Give it at least 6 months. An injection of Kenalog(steroid), may help in the swelling reduction. Don’t rush for revision. Due to the fact if too much is removed, you can never replace easily.

Hi,Pollybeak deformities are usually because of 2 different issues: soft tissue swelling post rhinoplasty or under resected dorsal septal cartilage. Its difficult to give advice without examining your nose. You are relatively early post -op but without actually seeing and examining  your nose, its difficult to say.
