Had lost a great deal of weight years ago, and had sagging skin under my neck that bothered me. Dr. Neumann did an amazing proceedure, while I was awake with local anesthesia. I look and feel 15 years younger! He explained everything to me and walked me through it as he was doing it so as not to have my anxiety go through the roof! Love him!

I have been under the care of Dr. Neumann since 1999 when I first utilized his professional services when in need of a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. At that scary time, Dr. Neumann's work was so pristine and his bedside manor so stellar that I have been using his plastic surgery services ever since. This past Monday Dr. Neumann performed a mini-face lift on my 56 year old somewhat sun damaged skin. (After all, sun reflectors were the rage in the 1970s!) As always, Dr. Neumann's work proved to be spectacular; while his surgical demeanor was, as it always is, warm and engaging. Surgical procedures, even those which are performed on a voluntary basis, can be scary ; especially when a patient is awake. With a little help from a low dose anti-anxiety med, Dr. Neumann used his natural ability to keep me calm and present. It is only a few days post surgery and I can already start to see the terrific results. I can't wait for the remaining swelling to subside so I can see the final product. I'm sure I will - once again - be quite pleased.

I would highly recommend using Dr. Neumann for any and all of your plastic surgery needs.

Exceptional experience with an exceptional surgeon. Dr. Neumann answered all of my questions. The surgery went well and my results were better than I expected. I am noe 6 months post surgery and wish that I had done this sooner.

Dr. Neumann and staff leave you in the best hands with excellent care. He and his staff go above and beyond to make sure his patients are well educated, taken care of and satisfied with their experience.

He was wonderful surgeon! Exceptionally gentle and very caring! I had a breast augmentation. He and his great staff took very good care of me post operatively! He ran very much on schedule and always took his time with me in the treatment rooms. Dr. Neumann has an incredible bed side manner. I high recommend using him!

Dr. Neumann did not deliver what he "promised", nor did he take any responsibility for a really bad breast augmentation. Upon consultation, I expressed my concerns that I thought I needed a lift as well as implants. I had breast fed three children and had significant sagging. He explained that I would not need a lift because of the way he preformed his surgery and created a pocket. Despite other opinions that a lift was necessary, I listened to Dr.Newmann, instead of my gut, and boy was that a mistake! Post-op, I was left with very large, very saggy breasts. In addition, my breasts were visually different sizes and one of my implants was palpable. When I tried to talk with him about my disappointment, he dismissed me and said my breasts looked "natural." He agreed to perform a nipple lift for no charge, but said that would only raise the nipples a few millimeters, and I needed them to be raised INCHES! I tried to get him on the telephone several times to no avail, so I sent two emails. He wrote me back, with no acknowledgment or responsibility that my outcome was not what he "PROMISED" I would have. He further told me to "Cease and desist." I was shocked that he would speak to me in that way and found those words to be unkind, uncaring and extremely unethical from a medical provider. He refused any partial refund insisting I had a "desirable outcome"--There was nothing desirable about my outcome! I ended up having a total revision, including a full anchor lift. I had to swap out the implants Dr. Neumann used (Sientra) because they did not lay right in my body and I felt the outer edges in one of my breasts. That was another thing he refused to acknowledge--I could actually feel the edge of the implant in my left breast. Through researching the Sientra implants, I found they had been taken off the market and were not a desired brand my most plastic surgeons. Peter Neumann did not in any way deliver what he "promised." In one of my pre-surgical visits he said to me, "I promise, you won't have any sagging, and if you do, I'll walk around behind you and hold them up." I trusted his words, instead of my gut!
