I met my PS on July 13, 9 months post septo/rhino. I told him too much of my dorsum has been excised where the bone and cartilage meet and coupled with a slight deviation of my nose, amplified the weakness of the middle nose. He offered to fill it with restylane on him. I agreed, but should I have pushed for a revision with cartilage graft? Since I don’t believe he will agree or feels comfortable doing it, should I seek a second opinion from another PS once the restylane wears off?
