Hi, Ftely.  It seems like you have a fairly thin skin.  Everyone has veins in the breasts.  Your particular vein is located in superficial plane; since your breast skin is thin, it is more obvious to see the vein.  You can get lift.  The vein should not affect your surgery. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon to learn about breast lift.

The vein is simply a superficial outflow of blood from your
breast. It should not affect the main supply of blood to your breast nor your
nipple. The blood supply to these structures is deep and it should be ok with
your breast procedure.
Finally, make sure that you have a
consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon that specializes in after
weight loss surgery.



Finally, make sure that your doctor is
aware of your process. He should be able to guide you best in your care.
