Thank You
Answer: Breast lift, no implants on small breasts. What is the best option for me? Thank you for the question and pictures. I would suggest that you seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons for a more detailed response and you will receive here. In short: I do not think that you are necessarily a good candidate for breast lifting surgery alone. In my opinion, the benefits associated with breast lifting surgery ( in your case) are not outweighed by the downsides (scars). Ultimately (based on the description of concerns), you may choose to undergo breast augmentation/lifting surgery to best achieve your goals. I hope this, and the attached link, helps. Best wishes.

Answer: Breast implants Thank you for your question and photos. Although you do not want implants, a breast augmentation of some sort would be the best option for you it appears. You do not have significant ptosis (sagging), and you breasts could be made fuller with an augmentation alone which would correct for the thin and loose breasts. Please be seen in person by a board certified plastic surgeon to determine what would be best for you after a physical evaluation. All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

Answer: Breast lift, no implants on small breasts. What is the best option for me? Dear Barbara, Thank you for sharing your photos. Based on your photos I think the most suitable procedure would be a circumvertical breast lift with a small reduction on the left side to match both breasts. You can also opt for no reduction procedure and as such the size difference will be the same after the surgery.best,Shady Hayek, M.D. Plastic and Reconstructive SurgeryBeirut, Lebanon

Answer: Breast lift, no implants on small breasts. What is the best option for me? Thank you for submitting your photos. Best option under these circumstances if implants are absolutely an unacceptable option because you do not want to chance size is to do a breast lift with a slight reduction on the larger side so that you can make them even. Your right breast being smaller would be the size to keep. The left breast would need to be reduced just a bit to make sure it would be same size as the right. All your concerns about the breast wrinkling would be addressed with a breast lift. Hope this helps.

Answer: Lift not Recommended Based on the pictures you have provided, you do not appear to be a good candidate for a breast lift. Your breasts do not display ptosis (sagging), as indicated by the position of your nipples. Augmentation with implants or a fat transfer could give you the look you desire. Schedule an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and formulate a plan.Traci Temmen, MD
