9 weeks out from breast reduction/lift and still tender and sore. Is this normal? Is this this size I am going to be ?

I am almost 9 weeks post -op from a breast reduction and lift. I am still very tender and sore. I feel like I am still a little swollen. I had a lollipop lift and some liposuction on my breasts as well. Is this normal 9 weeks post op? Is this the size I am going to be? I thought I'd be smaller. I was a 36 D. I am now a 36 C in some bras, but others I am still a 36 D. I was pretty clear with my surgeon that I wanted to be a B cup.
