Can I get breast lift without any silicone? Have this been done ?

A breast lift shapes the breast and restores your nipple to the apporpiate position.  A breast implant (saline or silicone ) adds volume and enlarges the size of your breast.  You can do a breast lift alone or add saline to it if you desire larger.

breast lift or mastopexy does not generally involve any implants whether they
are saline or silicone. Often, an implant is added to give more superior pole
fullness and to enhance the look of the breast after mastopexy. In your case
you could choose saline.

The reason some women opt for implants other than increasing the volume of their breasts while having a lift is to increase fullness in the upper aspect of the breasts. Implants do a better job than breast lift surgeries performed without implants.

Mastopexy or breast lift is a routine procedure that is often done without implants.  There are various techniques of mastopexy which yield various results.  If you have a satisfactory breast volume then you should not need any implants.Incidentally, there are three general choices for implants: saline, silicone gel, and form stable silicone (gummy bear) implants.  They are all safe choices but you should see all three in order to make an informed decision.
