I had a Korean-made HA filler injected into my tear troughs 2 months ago. It has hardened and migrated. I would like to dissolve them. I had 3 hyaluronidase injections so far. The filler does respond to hyaluronidase but it's quite stubborn, e.g. it would become soft after treatment but would harden again in 2-3 days. Instead of keep getting hyaluronidase injections, a doctor suggested inserting a RF probe into the filler to melt it. Will this work?
