Was this asymmetry before botox injection or happened after that .

If this is congenital you can still get benefit from combination of botox and filler injection.as this need good experience I highly recommend you to see an expert physician

Nasolabial fold are natural fold that might get deeper as we get older mostly due to sagging and relocation of the skin and soft tissue in th emidface and cheeks.

I can not see the whole face but it seems that you are a good candidate for filler injection

The best approach is usually injection of filler in the cheeks and midface to get a lift effect rather than injection to the fold directly. Filler injection always needs a good technique and experience for the injector .I highly recommend you to see an expert physician or injector.

Filler injection would be a very good non surgical option for you.

It is a minor procedure compare to surgery with very minimal downtime but the negative part is that it would be temporary and you need maintenance every few month.I would suggest to see an expert physician for consult before doing any procedure

It would be very difficult to give you the best advice just by looking at your picture .But I think you still need more volume in middle and lateral cheeks for both lifting and reshaping the face .if this is combined with Thread lift you would get a better result

injection of Botox in both masseter muscle and few sessions of skin tightening like Radiofrequency can also be helpful.

The most common complications of filler injection are mild discomfort and pain when injecting, mild redness ,bruise or swelling.

Major complications like blindness or skin necrosis is extremely rare and this risk would be even less if done by an expert physician. All you have to do is to find an expert injector and the risks would be minimal
