Hi @ac1234. I would recommend gentle massages to the area where you feel the lumps. If you are unhappy with the results after two weeks, you can dissolve the product with Hyaluronidase.

Hi and thanks for your question. It looks that you still have some swelling in this area . I would suggest some gentle massage on the areas you feel lumps . If the lumps persist see your physician . Sometimes we inject hyaloronidase to dissolve it 

It is normal to have some degree of swelling for the first 2 weeks after an injection and I tell patients they may feel a "ball" or " marbles" in the lower mouth area after filler is injected into  the oral commissures. 2 syringes is on the higher end of product usage so it will take some time for the swelling of the pockets  to resolve. Manual  Massage  can help. If still present by 2 weeks you may want to seek vitrase or hylaurondiase for removal
