I had cool sculpting done once on my stomach before having my baby. Medium applicator. I put on 60lbs while pregnant. I lost it all but definitely because of cool sculpting. 2 applicators on each hip for 3 sessions. Then one large applicator on stomach.
I'm so happy I did it. I was so upset that I put that much weight on. I will post pics of me 4 months post baby. I went on an aggressive vegan diet for 6 weeks. I did the cool sculpting about 2 months apart

Dr. Silberzweig takes the time to explain the procedure and aftereffects. He's a calming presence as well as a very patient man. The office is pristine, yet elegant and the staff is top of the line, in particular, Michelle Calabrese, Medical Aesthetician & Anti-Aging Guru. The cool-sculpt was painless and in a few weeks the effects were noticeable. I have a waist again!

I seldom take the time to review unless an experience is REALLY GOOD or REALLY BAD. This was a great experience on all counts. I was greeted by the staff with huge smiles and a relaxed and patient vibe. Dr. Silberzweig and Michelle Calabrese smiled and said hello from the hall even before setting me up. Once in the office they consulted with each other about what the best treatment would be for me, acknowledging that maybe I needed something other than what I had originally thought. I might not need to melt fat, but to tighten skin. They took the time to really speak to me about the procedures. While getting the treatment they were great conversationalists actually which calmed me. The procedure itself was sort of calming in fact. It was warm and the machine sort of sounds like white noise. I will definitely go back. I feel that I already see a difference if that's possible

I really loved my provider and I trusted their CoolSculpting experience and method. They were also pretty realistic/honest/open so that my expectations were appropriately managed in regard to the results of CoolSculpting.
During many consultations with different doctors and providers, I was repeatedly told I was the perfect candidate for CoolSculpting on my tummy / flanks / upper abs. However, I would say my results were too subtle for the money I spent on 2 treatments on tummy / flanks and 1 treatment on upper abs.
You may think you are seeing excellent results in my photos but please keep in mind, I was also doing regular cardio and weight training exercise during this time, as advised by all the doctors and all the information online about CoolSculpting. Also don't be distracted by my skin tone change in final photo, we used a professional camera instead of an iPhone for that one. Also it was the end of the summer and my body always looks better with a tan!
The photos I have attached show my progress over 6 months:
(1) the first photo was taken before treatment
(2) the second photo was taken 3 months after the first treatment
(3) and the last photo 3 months after the second treatment.
Just keep in mind that this is a very expensive treatment for a pretty subtle result and for the best outcome you will also need to exercise and eat mindfully. But if you can easily afford it (unlike me) I would say it's definitely worth a try before lipo.
Also regarding the procedure itself: I felt nothing on my flanks but my tummy and upper abs hurt so much when the device came off and I started to thaw during the very important massage to break up the fat. It was such a weird burning sickening feeling I nearly threw up and fainted. The second time was better because I knew what was coming but it was still almost unbearable. I'm told the feedback from patients is varied and some people have no pain at all on the tummy and upper abs.

Now that I'm getting up there in age (late 30's) I decided that my neck tattoo no longer reflected who I've become over the years. Thankfully, I found Dr Silberzweig and I'm beginning to feel like the REAL me. This is an update to an older review I uploaded. Photos are from before the start of procedure and after 8 of 10 projected sessions.

2 months post 10th session.

Removing a small 1.5in x 1in. neck tattoo I got approximately 18 years ago. It;s not very painful and no major scabbing or blistering yet, perhaps because its a small area. I didn't post pics of my first 4 treatments bc the results were very subtle. I'm currently on my 5th of 10 projected treatments, so half way mark seemed reasonable to start documenting.
