Hello and thank you for your time. I am thinking of getting a BBL & 360 lipo, with abdominal etching as well. I also hate my inner thighs and arms. Do you think I'm good for Lipo on my arms or do I need an arm lift? In the pics I have circled dip I have from drains from surgery 12 yrs ago. Flanks I want snatched. Also I put a pic of dream pic.
Answer: My recommendation Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. In this regard, I recommend you 360 Vase Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggest to take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, this is known as BBL. This should fix your problem and give you amazing results. Every body is different and bodies change with time so.. your wish pic is no realistic but I'm sure that a good plastic surgeon will make a great job on you. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Best of lucks! Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: I am thinking about having a BBL & lipo 360 at 50 years old —would I be a successful candidate? Hello and thank you for your question and sharing your photos. Based on these photos, you would be a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which typically includes a 360 liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, thighs, arms, etc and fat grafting for gluteal augmentation. Liposuction of the flanks will narrow down the waist for an hourglass appearance and adding volume to buttocks in combination with liposuction of the lower back is intended at creating a natural curvy look. Basically, BBL removes the fat from unwanted areas and transfers it to areas that are desirable. It's important to understand that BBL cannot change the underlying body frame and therefore, individual results can vary, as everyone has a different anatomy. Your wish picture is not realistic. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Best, Pejman Aflaki, M.D. Johns Hopkins-trained double board-certified plastic surgeon

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Terry575757, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL after Tummy Tuck relies on altering waist to hip ratio There are two ways to look at a BBL:getting a Big ButtAltering the Waist to Hip ratioInterestingly the picture you show is from the front, which shows the Waist to Hip (W/H) ratio but not the butt. So I gather W/H is more important to you. Notice how in that girl the widest point of the hip is at the level where the inner thighs join the vagina. I mention this because most surgeons who perform BBL will try to fill the "hip dips" that you circle in the first picture. This tends to give you a butt that is overly large for your body. Your Butt needs to be perky and round but also melding into your thigh. Check this link below as well as more articles on BBL, particularly the one titled "How do I get a lift in a Brazilian Butt Lift?
