Hello and thank you for your time. I am thinking of getting a BBL & 360 lipo, with abdominal etching as well. I also hate my inner thighs and arms. Do you think I'm good for Lipo on my arms or do I need an arm lift? In the pics I have circled dip I have from drains from surgery 12 yrs ago. Flanks I want snatched. Also I put a pic of dream pic.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Terry575757, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL after Tummy Tuck relies on altering waist to hip ratio There are two ways to look at a BBL:getting a Big ButtAltering the Waist to Hip ratioInterestingly the picture you show is from the front, which shows the Waist to Hip (W/H) ratio but not the butt. So I gather W/H is more important to you. Notice how in that girl the widest point of the hip is at the level where the inner thighs join the vagina. I mention this because most surgeons who perform BBL will try to fill the "hip dips" that you circle in the first picture. This tends to give you a butt that is overly large for your body. Your Butt needs to be perky and round but also melding into your thigh.
