Will having lipo 360 as part of my tummy tuck with muscle repair affect stomach fat harvesting for my BBL?

You could have the TT done first, then the lipo and BBL.  However, the result will not be as tight as lipo and BBL first and then TT.  Both can be performed at the same time, but the upper abdomen cannot be aggressively liposuctioned at the time of the TT due to blood supply issues. 
There may be strategic advantage in some patients with a little more subcutaneous tissue to delaying the TT.  This really needs to be determined during an exam by a board certified plastic surgeon.  Six months later, you could have the TT to address skin laxity.
BBL/Lipo/TT is a very common combination but recovery is uncomfortable.  I allow patients to sleep on their sides. Lying on your stomach or on your back will create pressure on your butt or stomach.  Patients can also rest in other positions as long as the other areas do not receive pressure.  There are creative ways to manage this. For example, my patient coordinator recommends a plastic inflatable with a hole in it (called a lilo), where instead of your tummy, you place your butt, so you can sleep on your back with pillows propping up your neck and head.

If you are getting lipo360 before you get a BBL, would that leave little to no usable fat for bbl?

Finding fat for your BBL will not be a problem. High definition VASER liposuction is the best liposuction technique for fat grafting and fat harvesting. If you are a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the optimal outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons.  A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring.
