Can you do BBL, TT and breast lift all at the same time?

Hi there. I'm wondering if you can do all 3 of those at once? With 360 lipo at the same time? I'd like one recovery time and my booty is my biggest insecurity but worried that once I get that I'll hate the loose skin right away. Also looking for a surgeon in the Jacksonville area

Thank you for your question and provided information as well.
If you are considering to get those surgeries together, I think it's posisble because I do mixed surgeries all the time. I just recommend you to visit and get a clearance from your doctor prior to surgery to check your hemoglobin levels are high and you're totally healthy. Also, consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get to know if you can have the surgery.

The answer is yes. Combination procedures are safe and very effective in the right hands.  The surgeon HAS to be an expert in EACH procedure and must have a lot of experience in performing combination procedures and can minimize the operative time. You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

That is good questions which, unfortunatelly, can be answered very generally. There are limits of how much fat can be removed (and used for buttock augmentation) in a single surgery; it is 1 litter per current State of Florida recommendation. That may be sufficient to create good result only in well selected patients that need minimal liposuction and small augmentation. Most patients, in our experience, would benefit of having BBL done first and TT, breast lift,/augmentation as a separate procedure at least 6 months after first surgery. In some cases, second surgery may be done sooner. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in body contouring surgery is recommended. Good luck.

This is a common combination in my practice that has been performed hundreds of times.   The patient must be healthy, the surgeon must be an expert at all procedures, and the surgeon must limit surgical time to well under 6 hours.

It is best to keep the amount of time under general anesthesia under 7-7.5h. It takes me ~6-6.5h to do lipo 360 (removing the max amount of lipoaspirate here in TX 5L) with fat transfer to the buttocks/hips and also a full tummy tuck. If you are healthy to undergo a tummy tuck combined with a BBL also a breast lift (max out the amount of time under anesthesia), then we can do all three, but I will have one of my colleagues help me with the surgery. This would be another board certified PS. We would work at the same time in order to do all 3 procedures and keep the time under general anesthesia under the 7-7.5h. The other option is to do the BBL first and come back for the TT and breast lift as a 2nd surgery  and have one surgery do the surgeries. Remember safety is our #1 goal.

Depending on your health, these surgeries can be done at the same time, but I recommend my patients to do it in two sessions, due to recovery and the time under anesthesia.

Combining multiple body contouring procedures can be done but requires a strong operative team and infrastructure. I perform these procedure together frequently but patients have to understand that the surgical procedure is longer, recovery more intense, and requires creativity in positioning after surgery.     good luck
