Hi there. I'm wondering if you can do all 3 of those at once? With 360 lipo at the same time? I'd like one recovery time and my booty is my biggest insecurity but worried that once I get that I'll hate the loose skin right away. Also looking for a surgeon in the Jacksonville area

Answer: Can you do BBL, TT and breast lift all at the same time? Thank you for your question. The answer is yes. Combination procedures are safe and very effective in the right hands. The surgeon HAS to be an expert in EACH procedure and must have a lot of experience in performing combination procedures and can minimize the operative time. You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Answer: Multiple procedures; benefits and limits That is good questions which, unfortunatelly, can be answered very generally. There are limits of how much fat can be removed (and used for buttock augmentation) in a single surgery; it is 1 litter per current State of Florida recommendation. That may be sufficient to create good result only in well selected patients that need minimal liposuction and small augmentation. Most patients, in our experience, would benefit of having BBL done first and TT, breast lift,/augmentation as a separate procedure at least 6 months after first surgery. In some cases, second surgery may be done sooner. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in body contouring surgery is recommended. Good luck.
